THIS BOOK MADE THE FINALE END WITH A BANG! Ash fights to overcome her betrayal to Winston in this book while various threats prove to remain major obstacles for the two. Winston fights to keep his family name superior and to remind everyone exactly who he is when a major scandal between the two-Ash and Winston-is leaked to the press.

As much as Winston tries to deny his feelings for Ash, trying to prove that his walls around his heart remain unbreakable for anyone, but for her, they may just crumble a bit.

“Maybe our story isn’t one of princes and princesses and happily ever after's. Maybe ours is a wickedly hot villain and a filthy maid who are happy for now.”

This book is also written is dual POV, split between the two which allows the readers to fall in love with their love story at the same pace that the characters do. Webster adds plenty of plot twists/tension, steamy scenes, secrets and many quick witted sassy remarks which I all thoroughly enjoyed and felt like this was a perfect ending to the trilogy.

Winston, the all alpha anti-hero with his dirty mouth and protective persona was no match for Ash's quick wit, intelligence and snark makes this book (and trilogy) for combustible chemistry and the ability to challenge each other each step they take in their game and relationship.

if you love dirty re-written fairytales that are mixed with pain and pleasure this is one surely leave you wanting more from Webster's writing.

Previously, I gave the other two books three stars but this one definitely improved and didn't end on a cliff hanger. I felt that I got really annoyed at Winston constantly denying his feelings towards Ash in the first two books got to be really old and annoying, but when he finally admitted them, I swear I fist pumped the air and screamed finally!

I can't wait to read other works by this author and hope that this review also convinced you in some way to read this series or try other books by her.
