Claiming Amber-Vi Carter

Another book I received ARC and helped edit back in 2018, was a book I had thoroughly enjoyed. I haven't read the final copy *gasp* I knooooowwww.... so maybe things have changed, one day I will check it out and read that after I read other things or in the mood for it.

Amber gets arrested and Emmett comes to the rescue, but yet its not the hero you'd expect. He's a mafia leader, and this sizzling romance kicks off both feels for mafia and dark romance. Vi Carter presents an exciting storyline with the quick wited sass from Amber creates a little light in the dark world that Emmett controls, providing a steamy quick read for readers.

I rated this three stars, it wasn't something that sticks to me or instantly grabs my attention on the shelf of a "read instantly" when I recommend to people. It was a good sequel.
